Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the sanitary situation of swimming pool water,and to provide scientific basis for the health management of swimming places.MethodsBy the methods of scene sampling,field test and laboratory test,according to national standard,the sampling data was collected to evaluate swimming pool water from 2012 to 2016.We monitored the sanitary situation of swimming pool water and those index,including bacterial count,coliform bacteria,free residual chlorine,pH value,turbidity and urea.ResultsThere were 295 samples of water samples in 2012-2016 and 99 samples qualified(33.56%).In those 5 years,the distributions of quality of water quality were significantly different(χ2=11.088,P=0.026),with the highest qualified rate in 2016,while the lowest qualified rate of the six indexes was free residual chlorine(39.66%).The qualified rate of coliform bacteria was 85.76%,the qualified rate of bacterial count was 87.46%,urea qualified rate was 96.27%,the pH value and turbidity qualified rates were all 100%.ConclusionAs the the sanitary situation of swimming pool water in Anshan city,Liaoning Province,is not optimistic,it is necessary to train swimming pool owners in public healthand to have more health supervision.
