Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of team management mode in emergency nursing management.Methods From June to December 2015,70 patients treated in the emergency department were selected as the control group,while another 70 patients after carrying out team management mode from January to September 2016 were selected as the observation group.The satisfaction degree of basic nursing,service attitude,and the nursing quality scores of qualification rate of filling in information by nurse,performance technique,and department management were compared in patients between the two groups.Results In the observation group,satisfaction degree of the basic nursing,and service attitude were all higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of the quality rate of filling in information by nurse,performance technique,and department management were all much higher than those in the control group with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency nursing management,the team management mode can improve the overall quality of the nurses,and further increase the patients′ satisfaction degree on nursing performance.Great improvement of nursing quality can facilitate a favorable nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of application and promotion in nursing management.
