Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of integrated Chinese and Western nursing intervention on milk secretion in the puerpera undergoing Cesarean section.Methods70 puerpera undergoing Cesarean section in our hospital were selected from March 2016 to January 2017.Based on the principle of even number and odd number grouping, the patients were divided into control group(receiving routine nursing care)and observation group(receiving integrated Chinese and Western nursing intervention),with 35 cases in each group. The lactation start time, milk secretion volume, feeding conditions and the incidence of breast tenderness were compared between the two groups of puerpera undergoing Cesarean section.ResultsThe lactation start time in the observation group was compared with that in the control group, and the start time was significantly earlier. The milk secretion sufficiency rate and breastfeeding rate were significantly higher than those in the control group. The incidence rate of lack of milk secretion, the rate of artificial and mixed feeding, the incidence rate of breast tenderness were compared with those in the control group, which were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIntegrated Chinese and Western nursing care can promote postpartum secretion of milk in the puerpera undergoing Cesarean section, which is of high application value and is worthy of further popularization and implementation.
