Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic Acid in Qiangli Ganmao Tablets.MethodsBy high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet spectrometry (HPLC-UC)method,the content of Chlorogenic Acid and Paracetamol were determined.The column was Inertsil ODS-SP (5 μm,4.6×250 mm),the mobile phase was the mixture of methanol-acetonitrile (the volume ratio was 1:2)-0.1%phosphoric acid(20:80).The column temperature was 35.0℃,the flow velocity was 1.0 ml/min,the wavelength was 329 nm and 243 nm respectively.ResultsThe linear range of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic Acid were at 0.7-112 μg/ml(r=0.9999)and 0.51-102 μg/ml(r=0.9995)respectively.The content of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic Acid was 195.8 mg and 2.23 mg respectively.ConclusionThe method used for the simultaneous determination of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic Acid in Qiangli Ganmao Tablets is simple and accurate.
