人性化护理对妇科盆腔炎患者预后的影响

摘要目的探讨人性化护理对妇科盆腔炎患者预后的影响。方法选取我院妇科2014年1月～2017年5月收治的100例盆腔炎患者为研究对象，采取计算机随机数字分组法将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取人性化护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量评分、护理总满意度。结果观察组的总有效率为96%，明显高于对照组的82%（P＜0.05）；在躯体健康、心理健康、物质生活、社会功能等方面，观察组的生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理总满意度为94%，高于对照组的78%（P＜0.05）。结论在妇科盆腔炎患者治疗期间实施人性化护理干预，可保证患者的治疗效果，改善其生活质量，有利于改善其预后。

Abstract：

ObjectiveTo explore the influence of humanistic nursing on the prognosis of patients with pelvic inflammatory in department of gynaecology.MethodsFrom January 2014 to May 2017,100 patients with pelvic inflammatory treated in department of gynaecology in our hospital were selected as the research object and the patients were randomly divided into the control group (n＝50)and the observation group (n＝50)by taking the computer random number table method.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received humanistic nursing.The treatment effect,score of life quality and the total satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group was 96%,which was significantly higher than that(82%)of the control group(P＜0.05).The score of life quality in the physical health,mental health,material life and social function,the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group reached 94%,which was higher than that(78%)of the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of humanistic nursing intervention during the treatment of patients with gynecological pelvic inflammatory in department of gynaecology can ensure the treatment effect,improve the life quality,and improve the prognosis.
