Abstract：Objective To compare the application effect of CBL combined with CP teaching method and multimedia teaching in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.Methods 182 undergraduate students in our department from May to September in 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(92 cases)and the control group (90 cases).The experimental group was given CBL combined with CP teaching method,while the control group was given CP teaching method.After teaching,examination and questionnaire investigation were used to evaluate.Results Both of case analysis scores and clinical operating results,the total results in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The satisfaction degree in improving learning interest,doctor-patient communication,teamwork,problem-solving,clinical thinking ability,clinical practice in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion CBL combined with CP teaching method can enhance teaching effect.
