Abstract:Objective To explore application effect of case-oriented standardized patients in nursing teaching rounds of the department of respiratory medicine.Methods 100 interns in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital from July 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given teaching rounds according to the conventional teaching methods,the experimental group was given case-oriented standardized patients,and the teaching rounds were conducted once a week.After a month,the examinations were taken uniformly,so that the comparison of effects could be made.Results The examination results of theory and the operation in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The score of each item of nursing teaching rounds in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The method of applying case-oriented standardized patients in respiratory medicine is superior to the routine teaching round-ward,which is helpful to improve the effect of teaching rounds,it is worthy of promotion and application.
