Abstract:Objective To investigate changing of antibiotic resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii(A.baumannii)isolates in The Third People′s Hospital of Dalian City. Methods A total of 987 clinical strains of A.baumannii were collected during 2011-2015.Bacteria identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing were performed for these strains. Results The resistance rate of A.baumannii to the common antimicrobial agents increased, especially to Imipenem. Conclusion The antimicrobial resistance of A.baumannii is becoming more and more serious, appropriate control measures should be taken to regulate the clinical use of drugs,to use antibiotics rationally,to prevent the growth of drug-resistant strains, and to prevent hospital infection.
