Abstract：Objective To analyze the application value of belt loop button plate in the treatment of TossyⅢtype acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods 36 patients with TossyⅢtype acromioclavicular dislocation who were admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the envelope randomization method,18 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were given belt loop button plate for treatment,and the patients in the control group were given clavicular hook plate fixation.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups of patients.Results There were no significant differences in the intraoperative blood loss,length of surgery and length of stay between the two groups(P＞0.05).In the experimental group,the degree of activity of anteflexion,the degree of activity of abduction and the Constant score were significantly better than those in the control group,the recovery time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05);the excellent and good rates in the experimental group was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.22%in the conventional group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion For the patients with TossyⅢtype acromioclavicular joint dislocation,the belt loop button plate has less trauma and is conducive to the early recovery of patients′joint function.The excellent and good rate of treatment is high,which is worthy of practice and promotion.
