Abstract：Objective To study the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of perforated appendicitis.Methods 74 cases of perforated appendicitis from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research object,all patients were randomly divided into the laparoscopic group and the open surgery group,37 cases in each group.The laparoscopic group was given the implementation of laparoscopic surgery,and the open surgery group was treated with open surgery.The operation time,ambulation time,postoperative exhaust time,the score of 8 h postoperative pain,the incidence of complications,hospitalization time and treatment cost were compared in the two groups.Results The ambulation time,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time of the laparoscopic group was shorter than that of the open surgery group,the scores of 8 h postoperative pain,the incidence rate of complication in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the open surgery group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time and treatment cost between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of perforated appendicitis is remarkable,with less trauma,less complications,rapid recovery,shorter hospitalization time,and is suitable for clinical application.
