Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of blood transfusion pathway in clinical transfusion care.Methods A total of 168 patients who were admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 84 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with routine blood transfusion,while the patients in the observation group were treated with blood transfusion pathway.The error rate of blood transfusion,the satisfaction of patients and knowledge of nursing staff of two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in the observation group(98.81%)was higher than that in the control group(88.10%),the error rate of blood transfusion in the observation group(0.00%)was greatly lower than that in the control group (5.95%),the scores of blood transfusion knowledge such as the laws and regulations,basic knowledge and skill operation of nursing personnel of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In clinical blood transfusion nursing,application of blood transfusion pathway is beneficial to ensure the normalization and standardization of nursing and blood transfusion,decrease the blood transfusion error,and improve patient′s satisfaction,which has a high clinical value.
