Effect of holistic rehabilitation training on improving limb function and improving daily living ability in patients with hemiplegia

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of holistic rehabilitation training on improving limb function and improving daily living ability in patients with hemiplegia.Methods60 patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects,all patients were divided into the study group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was given holistic rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe scores of Fugl-Meyer,Barthel index and quality of life after intervention in the two groups was significantly higher than that before intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05).The scores of Fugl-Meyer,Barthel index and quality of life after intervention in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionHolistic rehabilitation training for stroke patients with hemiplegia can significantly improve the limb function and life quality of patients,and improve their daily living ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
