Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the application research of Lapro-Clip absorbable clamp in modified three-port laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)and to sum up the clinic value of LA.Methods50 patients with acute and chronic appendicitis in Department of General Surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the modified group and the conventional group,25 cases in each group.The modified group was treated by Lapro-Clip absorbable clamp in modified three-port LA,and the conventional group was given conventional three-port high ligation or loop ligature with absorbable suture and purse-string suture.Operating time,treated time of appendix root,exhausting time,hospitalization expense and the incidence rate of complication were compared between the two groups.ResultsOperating time,treated time of appendix root,exhausting time of the modified group was shorter than that of the conventional group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complication rate and hospitalization expense (P＞0.05).ConclusionLapro-Clip absorbable clamp shows the advantages of easiness to learn,rapid recovery,security and reliability and no increased expense,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
