Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of conservative treatment and surgical treatment of acute simple appendicitis.Methods130 patients with acute simple appendicitis were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The patients were treated with conservative treatment(65 cases in the control group)and Surgical treatment(observation group of 65 cases),compared the two groups of clinical efficacy,antibiotic use time,get out of bed activity time,length of stay,adverse reactions and recurrence.ResultsThere was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate(P＜0.05).The observation group had significantly shorter antibiotic use time,bedtime and hospitalization time than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).fter 6 months follow-up,the recurrence of the patients in the observation group was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was significant difference between the control group and the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of surgical treatment on patients with acute appendicitis is significant,which is helpful to reduce the antibiotic use time and promote the early rehabilitation of patients.The clinical value is remarkable and worthy of popularization and application.
