Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of comfortable nursing mode in premature infants of neonatal intensive care unit,so as to provide an effective reference for the nursing of premature infants in clinic.Methods80 premature infants treated 80 premature infants treated in neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected as objects and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,and there were 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the newborns were given simple monitoring,while the observation group was given routine nursing supplemented by comfortable nursing.The incidence of complications of the two groups were observed,and the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control group,hospitalization expenses of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionComfortable nursing mode applied in premature infants of neonatal intensive care unit can effectively decrease the incidence rate of postoperative complications,accelerate the recovery rate of body,shorten the hospitalization time,and decrease the hospitalization expenses,and improve the comfort and security of children,and it can be widely used in primary hospitals.
