Effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures in prevention of bedsore in cardiovascular patients

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures in prevention of bedsore in cardiovascular patients.Methods200 cardiovascular patients treated in department of cardiovascular internal medicine of our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the objects and they were divided into experiment group and control group according to the order of admission number,and there were 100 cases in each group.Experiment group was given the preventive traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures while control group was given routine nursing.The incidence rate of bedsore and total satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe nursing effect of experiment group was significantly better than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing in experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence rate of bedsore,improve the patient′s satisfaction degree of nursing and promote the patients′early recovery,which is worthy of reference and application in clinical nursing.
