Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Manpen Enemas in the treatment of fallopian tubal infertility after tubal reversal,and to explore its mechanism.MethodsSeventy-three patients with fallopian tube obstruction infertility from January 2014 to November 2015 in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=33)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group wasn′t given any treatmen,the observation group was treated by Manpen Enemas,two months for a course of treatment.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)were measured in different time points,the total pregnancy rate and the incidence of ectopic pregnancy in 1 year were counted.ResultsThe levels of CRP in the first postoperative day were significantly higher than the preoperative in two groups(P＜0.05).In the first postoperative day, level of CRP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total pregnancy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (57.50%vs.33.33%,P＜0.05).ConclusionThe retention enemas with Manpen Enemas can significantly decrease the levels of inflammation and increase the pregnancy rate in patients with fallopian tube obstruction infertility.
