Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Pills on the interleukin,MDA and SOD of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods From March 2015 to June 2016,100 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given the treatment of Xiaoyao Pills and conventional anti-inflammation;the control group just was given the treatment of the anti-inflammation. The clinical effect and clinical index of MDA,SOD and IL-4,IL-8 of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group(96.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the clinical index of MDA,SOD and IL-4,IL-8 of the observation group was even better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,Xiaoyao Pills can greatly improve the clinical index of IL-4 and SOD,reduce the index of IL-8 and MDA.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
