Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Alprostadil Injection adjuvant therapy myocardial injury in sepsis.Methods32 sepsis combined with myocardial injury patients from June 2014 to June 2016 of ICU were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.16 cases in each group.Patients in control group were used general early goal-directed therapy(EGDT),the treatment group were used venous pump Alprostadil Injection 10 μg with 5%Glucose Injection 20 ml on the basis of EGDT.The level of NT-proBNP and cTnI were respectively compared before treatment and after treatment for 3 and 7 days.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)of two groups before treatment and after treatment for 7 days were compared.Acute disease physiology and long-term health evaluation (APACHE)Ⅱ score, SOFA score changes of two groups before treatment and after treatment for 7 days were recorded.28 d mortality rate of two groups were observed.ResultsAfter treatment for 7 days, the level of NT-proBNP and cTnI in treatment group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05),APACHEⅡ score and SOFA score were lower than those of control group (P<0.05);After treatment for 7 days, the LVEF in treatment group obvious was lower than that of control group(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in 28 d mortality rate between two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionAlprostadil Injection can improve myocardial injury that resulted from sepsis, enhance patients′heart function, and is worth to application in clinical.
