慢性病患者自我导向学习能力对疾病认知的影响研究

摘要目的探讨慢性病患者自我导向学习能力对疾病认知的影响，为慢性病健康管理提供对策。方法选取2016年3～6月在我院内科门诊就诊的慢性病患者592例，采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表（MUIS）和自我导向学习倾向量表（SDLRS）对其进行问卷调查。结果慢性病患者MUIS总分评分为（108.58±17.36）分，SDLRS总分评分为（133.89± 24.38）分。相关性分析显示，疾病不确定感与自我导向学习倾向之间存在负相关性（r=-0.231～-0.529，P＜0.01），多元回归分析显示，自我导向学习倾向可解释疾病不确定感的21.9%的变异量（R2=0.219）。结论自我导向学习能力是慢性病患者疾病认知的预测因素。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore influence of self-directed learning readiness for illness cognitive in the patients with chronic in order to afford measures for health management of chronic.Methods592 patients with chronic were selected and who saw a doctor in internal medicine department of our hospital from March to June 2016,The Mishel sense of uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS)and self-directed 1earning orientation scale(SDLRS)were used and carried on the questionnaire survey.ResultsThe total score of MUIS in the patients with chronic was(108.58±17.36)scores,the total score of SDLRS was(133.89±24.38)scores.Correlation analysis showed that there was negative correlation between disease uncertainty feeling and self-directed learning readiness(r=-0.231 to-0.529,P＜0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed self-directed learning readiness could explain was 21.9%amount of variation of disease uncertainty feeling(R2= 0.219).Conclusion Self-directed learning is a predictive factor of illness cognitive in the patients with chronic.
