Abstract:ObjectiveTo measure the normal value of coronary artery in children under 3 years old in Pingxiang,and to analyze the results and explore the influencing factors.Methods300 cases of children under the age of 3 were selected from October 2014 to October 2016 in five maternal and child health hospital were divided into three groups according to age,0-1 years old group,>1-2 years old group and>2-3 years old group.Measured the height and weight of all children, and calculate the surface area.The left coronary artery(LCA),right coronary artery(RCA)and total dry aortic root diameter(AO)was measured in children total dry by ultrasound.The statistical analysis software SPSS 18.0 was used to analyzedthe calculation of LCA/AO and RCA/AO value in normal healthy children with coronary artery diameter within 3 years old statistics in Pingxiang area.ResultsThe children under 3 years of age in Pingxiang the coronary artery diameter measurement increases with age,there was significant difference in different age groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the 0-1 years old group with>1-2 years old group and>1-2 years old group with>2-3 years old)group of LCA/AO and RCA/AO(P>0.05);Logistic linear regression analysis showed that LCA were related to theage, height,weight and body surface area(r=0.904,0.912,0.916,0.942,P<0.05),RCA were related to the age,height,weight and body surface area(r=0.861,0.922,0.928,0.905,P<0.05).ConclusionIn Pingxiang,3 years old children of coronary artery diameter is relate with age,height,weight,body surface area.The coronary artery diameter and the diameter ratio of AO changed a little,it can bea ideal index for coronary artery dilatation.To further expand the scope of domestic children′s coronary artery normal value is necessary.
