Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of high dose Budesonide combined with Terbutaline treating acute attack of asthma and its influence on pulmonary function and safety.Methods62 cases with acute attack of asthma treated in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,and each group had 31 cases.The control group was given conventional high dose Budesonide inhalation treatment,and the observation group was treated with high dose Budesonide combined with Terbutaline atomization.The lung function indexes(forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second and percentage of predicted value),adverse reactions and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappeared time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group at the end of the first second forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume and percentage of predicted values were compared with before treatment had improved,but the patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction during treatment and after treatment in the two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionHigh dose Budesonide combined with Terbutaline treating acute attack of asthma can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients,reduce adverse reactions,improve the relationship between doctors and patients,and ultimately improve the therapeutic effect.
