Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on hand-foot syndrome induced by Capecitabine.MethodsA total of 200 patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group were treated with personalized nursing intervention.The incidence of hand-foot syndrome and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe incidence of hand-foot syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of hand-foot syndrome induced by Capecitabine and improve the patients′nursing satisfaction.The effect is accurateand.It is worthy of clinical application.
