Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical characteristics and prognosis of breast cancer patients under 35 years of age with different molecular typing.MethodsThe clinical data of 104 women under 35 years old who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Breast Surgery in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2013 and were diagnosed of breast cancer after the surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Immunohistochemical method was used for molecular typing,and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.ResultsIn the study,young patients with breast cancer accounted for 7.6%of the same period of breast cancer(104/1368),among whom luminal A type was in 54 cases(51.92%),luminal B type in 16 cases(15.38%),HER-2+type in 13 cases(12.50%),and triple negative breast cancer in 15 cases(20.19%).There were significant differences of the time from palpable mass to diagnosis and pathological typing in the patients with breast cancer of all subtypes(P<0.05).ConclusionThe molecular typing of breast cancer patients under 35 years of age is closely related to the time from palpable mass to diagnosis and tumor pathological typing.
