Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application of target-controlled infusion (TCI)of Remifentanil compounded with Propofol in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.MethodsAltogether 100 patients who were scheduled to undergo gynecological laparoscopic surgery from December 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with TCI anesthesia of Remifentanil compounded with Propofol, while, the control group was treated with TCI anesthesia of Fentanyl compounded with Propofol. The postoperative recovery index, blood pressure and heart rate changes and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe respiratory recovery time, eye opening time and extubation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate (HR)at post-extubation 1 min and post-pneumoperitoneum 3 min of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionTCI of Remifentanil compounded with Propofol can effectively maintain hemodynamic stability and promote patients′early recovery with less adverse reactions and ideal anesthesia effect, which can be widely used in gynecological laparoscopic operation and is of great significance in clinical application.
