ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of humanized nursing service model in ophthalmic outpatient nursing management.Methods132 cases of ophthalmology outpatients were randomly divided into our department from June 2015 to May 2016.The routine group used the routine nursing service mode in the nursing management work.The humanized group applied the humanized nursing service mode in the nursing management work.The scores of nursing management,the quality of care received:,the attitude of nursing staff,the score of operation skills,the score of mission work,the incidence of eye care and nursing,and the change of mental state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe satisfaction rate of nursing management in the humanized group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The score of the quality of the humanized group,the attitude of the nursing staff,the score of the operation skill and the score of the mission were better than those in the conventional group (P<0.05).The incidence of eye care in the group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in psychological anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the degree of anxiety and depression in the humanized group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P< 0.05).ConclusionThe application of humanized nursing service model in the management of ophthalmic outpatient nursing care can be achieved by providing good nursing service,effectively reducing the bad mood of patients,reducing the occurrence of nursing errors and improving patient satisfaction.
