Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of comprehensive intervention of hand hygiene on nosocomial infection in patients in department of oncology.Methods200 patients with oncology from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group were given routine clinical nursing,while the observation group were given the comprehensive intervention of hand hygiene.The rate of hospital infection,the rate of hand hygiene,the qualified rate of hand microbiological examination,the qualified rate of hand disinfection,the time of hospital stay,the antibiotic expenses,the anxiety status and the quality of life were compared between two group.ResultsThe rate of hospital infection in the observation group were lower than that in the control group;the rate of hand hygiene,the qualified rate of hand microbiological examination,the qualified rate of hand disinfection were higher than those in the control group,the time of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the antibiotic expenses were less than that in the control group,the level of anxiety was lower than that in the control group,the quality of life was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe comprehensive intervention of hand hygiene has great influence on nosocomial infection in patients with oncology,which can effectively improve the hygienic performance of hand hygiene,and check the qualified condition of hand and microbiological examination,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and keep the patients′good mental state and high the quality of life,and can shorten the hospital stay,reduce medical expenses.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
