Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore nursing observation of postoperative recovery period of general anesthesia for cesarean section in obesity puerpera.Methods66 obesity puerperas who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table, with 33 cases in each group.Puerperas in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention according to the puerperas′characteristics during postoperative recovery period;while puerperas in the control groupwas were given traditional nursing intervention. The levels of blood pressure, heart rate, the incidence of dysphoria and recover condition after general anesthesia were compared between two groups.ResultsThe levels of blood pressure and heart rate of puerperas and the incidence of dysphoria in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the time of eye opening, making a fist after calling, autonomous respiration and tube drawing in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of targeted clinical nursing for obesity puerperas during post-operative recovery period who underwent cesarean section under general anesthesiafor maternal obesity can effectively control the incidence of dysphoria during the recovery period and quickly stabilize the puerperas′life index. Moreover, comprehensive nursing intervention model can also effectively reduce the puerperas′recovery time and regain puerperas′consciousness in a fast manner, which has a positive impact on the subsequent treatment.
