Effect of commonly used western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in department of gynecology and obstetrics

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of commonly used drugs in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in department of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods168 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the contrast group according to the medical record number,with 84 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository,Fukeqianjin Tablets and traditional Chinese medicine decoction,while the contrast group was treated with routine western medicine.The symptom scores,the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor before and after treatment and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe clinical symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the contrast group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%,which was higher than 83.33%of the contrast group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of serum tumor necrosis factor in the treatment group was lower than that in the contrast group,with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionTreatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the treatment effect and improve the symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
