Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship of mineral and bone disorder with high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods78 patients with maintenance hemodialysis from hemodialysis room in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected, the level of calciumion (Ca),phosphorus(P) and parathyroid hormone were determined, the hemodialysis sufficiency were calculated. The relationship of level of Ca,P and PTH with hs-CRP were investigated by multiple linear regression analysis.ResultsIn 78 patients,24 cases reached K/DNOQI electrolyte standards, compliance rate was 30.77%(24/78).There was significant difference in hs-CRP level between the standard group and the substandard group (P<0.05).The level of hs-CRP were positive correlated with P and did not correlate with level of Ca and PTH.ConclusionThere is a close correspondence between mineral am bone disorder and hs-CRP,the level of P is independently an increased risk for hs-CRP.
