平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗颌面部血管瘤的效果观察

摘要目的观察平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗颌面部血管瘤的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月～2016年9月收治的80例颌面部血管瘤患者，按照治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组实施传统手术治疗，观察组实施平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗。比较两组的总有效率、住院总耗时、症状消失时间、住院费用。结果观察组的总有效率为87.50%，高于对照组的60.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的住院总耗时、症状消失时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗颌面部血管瘤具有显著的效果。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Pingyangmycin combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of maxillofacial hemangioma.Methods80 patients with maxillofacial hemangioma from January 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgical treatment,the observation group was treated with Pingyangmycin combined with Dexamethasone treatment.The total effective rate,hospitalization time,the disappearance time of symptoms,hospital costs in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than that of the control group (60.00%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).The time of hospitalization,the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the hospitalization cost in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionPingyangmycin combined with Dexamethasone has significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of maxillofacial hemangioma.
