Effect observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets in treating 46 cases of extraocular muscle paralysis

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets in treating patients with extraocular muscle paralysis.Methods46 patients with extraocular muscle paralysis (46 eyes) who first diagnosed as binocular diplopia in our hospital from October 2009 to May 2016 were selected.All patients were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets,triple a day and 2.4 g one time for continue 3 months.The change of total effective rate in each and the relationship between the course of disease and curative effect were compared.ResultsAfter treatment for 1,2 and 3 months,the total effective rate were respectively 84.78%,91.30% and 97.83%,the difference was significant among three groups(P＜0.05).In the relationship between the course of disease and curative effect,the shorter the onset time and the earlier the treatment,the better the effect.ConclusionTraditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets has significant effect in the treatment of diplopia caused by extraocular muscle paralysis.
