布地奈德联合特布他林治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果

摘要目的探讨布地奈德联合特布他林治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法选取本院2013年3月～2015年3月收治的80例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。两组均给予平喘、祛痰、吸氧等常规治疗。在此基础上，对照组给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂，观察组给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的72.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后的ACT评分及FEV1%水平显著高于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的咳嗽、喘息、胸闷等主要临床症状缓解时间及住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论布地奈德联合特布他林治疗支气管哮喘效果显著，可减轻气道炎症，改善肺功能和临床症状。

Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the effect of budesonide combined with terbuta1ine in the treatment of bronchia1 asthma. Methods 80 patients with bronchia1 asthma in our hospita1 from March 2013 to March 2015 were se1ected and random1y divided into the observation group and the contro1 group，40 cases in each group.A11 patients in both groups were given routine therapy inc1uding re1ieving asthma，e1iminating ph1egm and oxygen support.The contro1 group was given sa1butamo1 aeroso1 on the basis of routine therapy，the observation group was given budesonide combined with terbuta1ine aeroso1 inha1ation on the basis of routine therapy.The therapeutic effect of both groups was compared. Results The tota1 effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%，which was higher than 72.5% in the contro1 group，with significant different (P＜0.05).The score of asthma contro1 test (ACT) and the 1eve1 of FEV1% after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the contro1 group after treatment，with significant different (P＜0.05).The remission time of c1inica1 symptoms such as cough，dyspnea，chest distress and hospita1 stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the contro1 group，with significant different (P＜0.05). Conclusion The effect of budesonide combined with terbuta1ine in the treatment of bronchia1 asthma is significant，which can re1ieve the airway inf1ammation，improve the 1ung function and c1inica1 symptoms.
