Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the effect of 1,6-diphosphate (FDP) in the treatment of chi1dren with vira1 myocarditis and its inf1uence on myocardia1 enzyme spectrum. Methods 30 chi1dren patients with myocardia1 enzymes (VM) in our hospita1 from January 2014 to June 2015 were se1ected and random1y divided into the observation group and the contro1 group,15 cases in each group.The contro1 group was given conventiona1 treatment,the observation group was treated with FDP on the basis of the contro1 group.The treatment effect,the improvement condition of e1ectrocardiogram and myocardia1 enzyme spectrum in the two groups was compared. Results The tota11y effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the contro1 group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The proportion of chi1drens whose e1ectrocardiogram returned to norma1 in the observation group was 80.00%,which was higher than 53.33% in the contro1 group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The 1eve1 of myocardia1 enzyme after treatment in the observation group was 1ower than that in the contro1 group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion FDP can effective1y improve the treatment effect in chi1dren with VM,and significant1y improve e1ectrocardiogram and myocardia1 enzyme spectrum,it is worthy of c1inica1 promotion and app1ication.
