Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of Paclitaxel liposome combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods52 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from September 2013 to May 2016 were selected as observation object and randomly divided into control group and observation group,26 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Paclitaxel plus Cisplatin combined chemotherapy treatment, patients in the observation group were given Paclitaxel liposome combined with Cisplatin chemotherapy. The total effective rate and adverse reactions of two groupswere observed after treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate in the control group and the observation group was 50.00%,57.69%,there was no differences between two groups(P>0.05);while incidence rate of pain, nausea and vomiting, rash, dyspnea among adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPaclitaxel liposome combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer is safe and effective, which isworthy of clinical application.
