复方苦参注射液联合吉西他滨和顺铂治疗胰腺癌的效果及减毒作用

摘要目的比较复方苦参注射液联合吉西他滨和顺铂（GP）方案与单纯GP方案治疗胰腺癌的效果及不良反应。方法将2015年1～12月我科经临床诊断和病理诊断的70例胰腺癌患者随机分为苦参联合GP方案组（苦参组）和单纯GP方案组（对照组），各35例。评价2周期的疗效，比较两组患者的癌症疼痛缓解、生活质量Karnofsky评分和不良反应发生情况。结果苦参组与对照组疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。苦参组疼痛缓解率为48.57%，对照组为37.14%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。苦参组生活质量提高率为54.29%；对照组为31.43%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。苦参组的骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和肝毒性与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论复方苦参注射液能够减少GP方案化疗不良反应，增加患者化疗耐受性，提高生活质量。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare effect and adverse reactions of compound Kushen Injection combined with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin(GP)and simple GP in treating pancreatic cancer.Methods70 patientswith pancreatic cancer in our department from January to December 2015 were divided into compound Kushen Injection combined with GP (Kushen group,n=35)and simple GP (control group,n=35)by using random and controlmethod.The effectswere evaluated after treatment for 2 weeks,cancer pain relief,quality of life Karnofsky scores and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.ResultsThe difference of effects between Kushen group and control group had no statistical significance (P＞0.05).The pain relief rate in the Kushen group was 48.57%and 37.14%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in the Kushen group was 54.29%,with 31.43% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).All of the difference of bonemarrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and liver toxicity between the Kushen group and the control group was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionCompound Kushen Injection can decrease adverse reactions of GP chemotherapy regimen, increase the chemotherapy tolerance of patients and enhance quality of life.
