保温护理对手术室患者术中应激的影响

摘要目的探讨保温护理对手术室患者术中应激反应的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的220例手术患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组110例，观察组110例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上增加保温护理，比较两组患者的应激反应情况。结果两组患者的基础体温、麻醉后10min体温差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），术后20min对照组患者体温降低明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组患者在血压控制，去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素分泌，心率控制等方面均优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论保温护理能有效控制患者体温，防止术中低温情况的发生，减少了因交感神经兴奋而导致的不良反应，减轻术中应激反应。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of heat preservation nursing on the intraoperative stress of patients in operating room.MethodsA total of 220 surgical patients treated by our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were collected as objects.All patientswere randomly divided into control group(110 patients)and observation group(110 patients)using the random numbermethod.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given heat preservation nursing on the basis of control group.The intraoperative stress of the patients between the two groupswas compared.ResultsNo significant difference was observed in basal body temperature of the patients between two groups,aswell as the the temperature after 10min anesthesia(P>0.05).The temperature after 20min operation were significantly decreased in control group (P<0.01).The control of blood pressure,the level of NE,E and heart rate in the observation group are significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01).ConclusionThe heat preservation nursing can effectively control the temperature of the patients,prevent the patients from intraoperative hypothermia cases,reduce the adverse effect caused by the sympathetic nervous excitement,and alleviate intraoperative stress response.
