Clinical observation of different doses of Com pound G lycyrrhizin G lucoside in combination with Lam ivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of different doses of Compound Glycyrrhizin Glucoside in combination with Lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis. Methods 150 patientswith chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into group A，group B and group C，50 cases in each group.All patientswere treated with Lamivudine，group A was treated with 40ml Compound Glycyrrhizin Glucoside at the same time，while group B was treated with 60ml Compound Glycyrrhizin Glucoside at the same time，group C was treated with 80ml Compound Glycyrrhizin Glucoside at the same time.The therapeutic effect was compared between the three groups.Results The symptoms and signs improvement rate of liver discomfort，fatigue，loss of appetite，hepatomegaly after treatment and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in group C was higher than that in group A and group B，the symptoms and signs improvement rate of liver discomfort，fatigue，loss of appetite，hepatomegaly after treatment and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in group B was higher than that in group A，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The level of TBil，AST，ALT after treatment in group C was lower than that in group A and group B，the level of TBil，AST，ALT after treatment in group B was lower than that in group A，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The level of CG，PCⅢ，HA after treatment in group C was lower than that in group A and group B，the level of CG，PCⅢ，HA after treatment in group B was lower than that in group A，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the negative conversion rate of HBV DNA，HBeAg among the three groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Patients with chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis treated with Lamivudine combined with high dose of Compound Glycyrrhizin Glucoside，which can help to improve the patient′s liver function，reduce clinical symptoms and signs，with the higher clinical application value.
