Abstract：Objective To analyse effect analysis of immediately placing MYCu intrauterine device （IUD）after abortion under B ultrasound monitoring.Methods 130 women of received induced abortion in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected as study object and randomly divided into obsevation group and control group according to different devices used，each group of 65 cases，MYCu IUD in the obsevation group was placed，and Cu IUD in the control group，effect of IUD between two groups were compared.Results Followed-up 12 months，occurrence of postoperation prolonged menstruation，menorrhagia，waist abdominal pain and abnormal vaginal bleeding in the obsevation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05）；compared with control group，occurrence of device displacement and prolapsed and pregnancy with IUD had no statistical differences（P＞0.05）；removal rate of IUD in the control group was higher than that in the obsevation group，but continued using rate in the obsevation group was 93.85%，higher than 81.54%in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Immediately placing MYCu intrauterine device after abortion under B ultrasound monitoring，which adverse reaction is smaller，lower removal rate of IUD and sustainable use，isworthy of clinical application.
