酒石酸美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒对冠心病心律失常的治疗效果观察

摘要目的探讨酒石酸美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒对冠心病心律失常的治疗效果。方法对我中心于2015年3～12月收治的67例冠心病心律失常患者的临床资料进行回顾分析，将采用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗的33例患者作为对照组，实施酒石酸美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗的34例患者作为观察组，观察两组患者的治疗效果，并进行临床对照分析。结果观察组患者总有效率、不良反应发生率、心律失常发作次数、持续时间［88.2%、23.5%、（8.6±2.5）次、（3.1±0.5）h］明显优于对照组［66.7%、21.2%、（15.1±5.2）次、（6.1±1.6）h］，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论酒石酸美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒对冠心病心律失常的治疗效果好，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule on arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods Clinical data of 67 cases of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease patients in our center from March to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed，33 cases using tartaric acid Metoprolol in the treatment of patients were chosen as the control group，34 patients using tartaric acid Metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatmentwere chosen as in the observation group.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patientswas observed，clinical controlwas analyzed.Results The total effective rate，incidence of adverse reactions，frequency of arrhythmia and duration of the patients in the observation group　［88.2%，23.5%，（8.6±2.5）times，（3.1±0.5）h］were significantly better than those in the control group［66.7%，21.2%，（15.1±5.2）times，（6.1±1.6）h］，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The treatment effect of Metoprolol tartrate combined with Wenxin Granule on arrhythmia of coronary heart disease is good，worthy of clinical application.
