Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursingmodel on asthma control and rehospitalization rate of asthma patients.Methods 96 cases choosed from January 2013 to 2016 June to newly diagnosed asthma patients in our hospital for treatment，which were randomly divided for the control group and the observation group，the control group were treated with routine nursing，the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing，a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with asthma control and discharged after 3 months rehospitalization rate differences.Results Patients in the observation group asthma control efficiency was 100%，higher than that was 81.25%in the control group with statistical difference（P＜0.05）；After the patientswere discharged from hospitalwithin 3months of rehospitalization rate in observed group was 4.17%better than thatwas 22.92%in the control group with statistical difference（P＜0.05）；Readmission in patientswith the predisposing factors were investigated，which the observation group due to poormedication compliance again admitted to the occurred rate was 2.08%lower than thatwas 37.50%in the control group with statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursingmode for patientswith asthma can not only control the symptoms of asthma，but also effectively reduce the short-term asthma recurrence rate，reduce the rate of hospitalization of two times，it isworthy of clinical application.
