Abstract：Objective To explore the application of information management system in the management of respiratory medicine. Methods From January to December 2015，the implementation of informationmanagement of hospitalmedical staff and patients，contrast the implementation informationmanagement and taking delivery time，payment time，treatment waiting time，dispensing average time，medical errors，and so on related indexeswere observed the satisfaction ofmedical staff and patients.Results The taking delivery time，payment time，treatment waiting time，the average dispensing time of after taking information management shortered than that of informationization management before respectively，with statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Therewere nomedical errors after the implementation of the informationmanagement，significantly decreased compared with that before its implementation，with statistical difference（P＜0.05）.After the implementation of the informationmanagement，patient satisfaction was 97.0%，implements（83.0%）improved significantly，with statistical difference（P＜0.05）；After the implementation of the information management，medical and nursing staff satisfaction（86.1%）compared with thatbefore its implementation（55.6%）improved significantly，the differencewas statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The information management system can improve themanagement level of respiratory medicine.
