Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in lung cancer patients treated by paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy.Methods From September 2015 to February 2016，46 lung cancer patients admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.All patients were evenly divided into observation group and control group，23 cases in each group.They were all provided with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy.In the control group，regular nursing was applied，while in the observation group，comprehensive nursing was adopted.The symptomatic relief and incidence of toxic and side effect in the two groups were compared and observed.Results In the observation group，the symptomatic relief rate after therapy was 95.65%，superior to that of control group accounting for 56.52% （P＜0.05）. The incidence of toxic and side effect in the observation group was lower than that of control group，with a statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of lung cancer by paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy，application of nursing intervention can obtain a remarkable effect with high safety.
