Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gongxuening capsule combined with progesterone capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 60 cases with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Gongxuening capsule combined with progesterone capsule,the control group was only treated with progesterone capsule.1 course was 3 periods for two groups.Recent hemostatic efficacy,degree of endometrial thickness and recurrence rate of dysfunctional uterine bleeding was compared in two groups before and after treatment respectively. Results The total effective rate of hemostatic efficacy in the treatment group was 90.0％,which was higher than 83.3％in the control group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The endometrial thickness after treatment of the two groups was thinner than that before treatment,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The endometrial thickness after treatment in the treatment group was thinner than that in the control group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The improvement rate of the prolonged menstruation symptoms in the treatment group was 93.3％,which was higher than 70.0％in the control group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）. The improvement rate of the dripping bleeding in the treatment group was 100.0％,which was higher than 79.2％in the control group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Gongxuening capsule combined with progesterone capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant better than that of progesterone capsule.
