优质护理在内镜下低温射频治疗鼻出血中的应用效果

摘要目的研究分析内镜下等离子低温射频用于鼻出血治疗的护理要点及其效果。方法随机选取2013年4月～2015年4月本院收治入院的鼻出血患者94例作为研究对象，按照随机双盲法原则将其分成对照组和研究组，各47例，所有患者均在内镜下实施等离子低温射频治疗，术后对照组予以常规护理，研究组则采用优质护理模式，比较观察两组患者术后疼痛情况、出血量、术后鼻腔通气时间、鼻腔黏膜损伤恢复时间、住院时间以及并发症情况，同时比较两组患者满意度调查结果。结果研究组疼痛症状改善情况显著优于对照组，并且出血量少于对照组，术后鼻腔通气时间以及鼻腔黏膜损伤修复时间、住院时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，且患者满意度也高于对照组，差异均优统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论内镜下等离子低温射频治疗用于鼻出血临床治疗效果显著，同时予以患者优质护理，不仅能够促进鼻腔通气、损伤鼻黏膜修复，同时还能缩短住院时间，有效降低并发症发生率且提高满意度。

Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the nursing key points and effect of Plasma-mediated temperature-controlled radiofrequency under endoscope on treating nasal hemorrhage.Methods From April 2013 to April 2015，94 patients with nasal hemorrhage admitted into our hospital for treatment were selected as observation objects in the study. According to random and double blind method，they were evenly divided into control group and research group，47 cases in each groups.All patients were performed with Plasma-mediated temperature-controlled radiofrequency under endoscope.After surgery，conventional nursing was used in the control group，while in the research group，high quality nursing was adopted.The postoperative pain，amount of bleeding，ventilation time of nasal cavity，recovery time of mucosal injury of nasal cavity，hospital stay，and complications were compared and observed in the two groups.The satisfaction in both groups was also compared.Results In the research group，pain improvement was significantly better than that of control group.In addition，amount of bleeding was less，ventilation time of nasal cavity，recovery time of mucosal injury of nasal cavity，and hospital stay were shorter，incidence of complications was lower，and satisfaction was higher in comparison with those in the control group，with statistical differences（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Plasma-mediated temperature-controlled radiofrequency under endoscope in the treatment of nasal hemorrhage can obtain a remarkable therapeutic effect.Together with high quality nursing，they can not only facilitate ventilation of nasal cavity，recovery of injured nasal mucosa，but also shorten hospital stay as well as reduction of incidence of complications and improvement of satisfaction.
