糖尿病与非糖尿病腹膜透析患者胰岛素抵抗与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between insulin resistance and carotid intima-media thickness in diabetes mellitus(DM)/non-DM patients with peritoneal dialysis.MethodsFrom June 2016 to June 2017,56 end-stage renal disease(CHD)patients with DM/non-DM who were performed with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital were selected. There were 28 cases with DM and the rest were not occurred with DM.According to insulin resistance or not,they were divided into insulin resistance group and non-insulin resistance group.The correlation of insulin resistance and carotid intima-media thickness in the two groups was compared.ResultsFor DM patients,insulin resistance had positive correlations with 2 h PBG,CIMT,LDLC,TG and hs-CRP(P＜0.05).In the non-DM group,insulin resistance was positively correlated with 2 h PBG,CIMT,HbA1c,LDLC,TG and hs-CRP(P＜0.05).ConclusionInsulin resistance in DM/non-DM patients is both positively correlated with 2 h PBG,CIMT,LDLC,TG and hs-CRP,which indicates insulin resistance can promote the thickening of carotid intima-media thickness.
