Clinical observation of low temperature plasma adenoid radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy and tonsil in children |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of adenoid echocardiography in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy and tonsil in children.MethodsSixty patients with adenoid hypertrophy and tonsils treated in our hospotal from May 22,2015 to May 22,2016 were selected as subjects and were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients of control group were treated with routine therapy and the patients of observation group were treated with adenoid radiofrequency ablation.The clinical symptoms score,total effective rate,recurrence rate,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,gland resection time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the observation group,the time of gonadectomy and operation time were both shorter than the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications and recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of all the children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionAdenoid radiofrequency ablation of adenoid hypertrophy children and tonsils can be performed to ensure the curative effect and improve the safety of treatment.
