文丘里面罩给氧在艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎中的应用

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the Venturi mask in the treatment of patients with AIDS complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia.Methods64 patients with AIDS complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in our hospital from September 2013 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given normal nasal catheter oxygen therapy,the observation group was given Venturi mask for oxygen.The improvement of arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2),comfort degree of oxygen therapy and nasal mucosa dryness were compared between the two groups at different time points.ResultsThe level of PaO2and SpO2in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of oxygen therapy and discomfort,dry nasal mucosa in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application effect of the Venturi mask in the treatment of AIDS patients complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia is better,which can effectively improve PaO2and SpO2in patients with hypoxemia and so on.
