介入治疗对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者心功能的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of interventional therapy on heart function of coronary heart disease patients with left cardiac function insufficiency.Methods 69 coronary heart disease patients with left cardiac function insufficiency from January 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the routine group（32 cases）and the interventional group　（37 cases）according to different treatment method.The routine group was treated with routine drug，the interventional group was treated with interventional therapy.The left heart function index，heart function classification before treatment and after treatment for 6 months，complication during treatment was compared in the two groups.Results The index of LVDs and LVDd after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，the index of FS and LVEF after treatment in the two groups was higher than that before treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The index of LVDs and LVDd after treatment in the interventional group was lower than that after treatment in the routine group，the index of FS and LVEF after treatment in the interventional group was higher than that after treatment in the routine group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The number of cardiac function with grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ in the intervention group was more than that in the routine group，the number of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ in the interventional group was less than that in the routine group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complication between the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Interventional therapy can obvious improve the heart function of coronary heart disease patients with left cardiac function insufficiency，and with less complication，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
