Effect of continuous bedside renal replacement therapy on serum inflammatory factors and renal function in patients with severe pancreatitis |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of continuous bedside renal replacement therapy (CRRT) on serum inflammatory factors and renal function in patients with severe pancreatitis (SAP).Methods From May 2015 to May 2019,82 patients with SAP treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and divided into group A (n=41)and group B (n=41) according to the random number table method.Group A received routine treatment+CRRT,group B received routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and renal function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A was 92.86%,higher than 76.19% in group B,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and creactive protein (CRP) in group A were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the levels of serum amylase,urea nitrogen and creatinine in group A were (512.37±47.24) U/L,(6.18±2.17) μmol/L,(125.42±54.96) mmol/L,respectively,and those in group B were (683.49±83.10) U/L,(8.63±2.48) μmol/L,(336.67±64.85) mmol/L,the levels of serum amylase and urea nitrogen creatinine level and in group A were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion CRRT can improve renal function,remove inflammatory mediators and improve prognosis in patients with SAP.
